He once published a video of his daily routine that he does to stay in shape. I've updated this video a bit and compiled the full process so I can turn it on and do it in the morning. If someone likes it, he can also use it. I think Cristiano Ronaldo is an excellent footballer but he is also very fit. Playing for so long and staying in the best shape for so many years is unique for people so take him as the best example. 

In his original video he says you should write down what you do so you can check what you are doing and what you have done. But if your video is already done with exercises and pauses then this method is less necessary. You can just use this video where you do the right speed, right number of exercises and you can play it with links at the bottom of chapters for number of laps. So what you did now you can repeat 3 or 5 times. Ronaldo Does it 5 times but 3 is also good. With 3 times you will not look like Ronaldo but certainly feel better.
